Short but important article: You have until 31/12/2020 to recover your accumulated DIF credits (Individual Training Rights) and transfer them to your CPF account (Professional Training Account). Too often unused, this credit consolidated during your professional career until 2015, allows you to follow the training courses of your choice.

Hurry up: you have until December 31, June 30, 2021* to transfer your DIF credits to your CPF space, otherwise you will lose your acquired skills forever.

Your new online space is at the following address: moncompteformation.gouv.fr You can then create your space and you will be invited to calculate your acquired DIF rights.

Where to find this information: Every employee accumulated 20 hours of DIF per year. (That is to say 1,66…h/month) You should be able to find on your pay slips prior to January 1st 2015, the duration of your unused DIF. If not, this information can be found on your work certificates. You will be asked to provide proof of this on your online space.

How to reinvest them: Many organizations play on the transitional period: beware! You don’t necessarily have to use your DIF before the end of the year, you just have to transfer them to your CPF account to keep your amounts.

You are then free to use them in face-to-face training or in MOOCs to complete your training or to start new ones, in the context of retraining for example!

On our side, we recommend you these training organizations, specialized in the Hotel and Restaurant industry Organismes de Formation Agréés en Hôtellerie-Restauration

N.B.: Only DATADOCK and/or QUALIOPI training centers are approved and offer you the possibility of being reimbursed.
